Instead of being excited that the time is finally coming many are discarding the Warnings. Most Christian Churches today are more interested in drawing in Large Crowds than offending someone by telling the Truth of Yeshua's return. Many refuse to even mention His return. They had rather Preach about Prosperity in the here and Now. They do Not want to hear a "Doom and Gloom" Message. You will Not hear them Teach on the Book of Revelation or any Prophecy at all. The ability of the few True Believers to remain courageous and steadfast is essential for Victory. A quitter never "Wins" and a Winner never "Quits". Let us all stay strong while anticipating and prepairing for Yeshua's return and not waste time or energy. There are so many that need to hear the Message.

There has been a dramatic increase in birth defects , infant mortality, mental retardation, and cancers of all sorts in Fallujah since 2004. The birth defects are truly horrifying. The cause of congenital anomaly and cancer in Fallujah Iraq is identified as Enriched Uranium from novel weapons systems deployed by the US.

It was rejected by The Lancet without even being sent for Peer Review. It was rejected by the International Journal of Environment and Public Health where we published our previous paper, without being sent to a reviewer on the basis of pressure brought on the editor from outside by people who hacked into the computers of the authors and knew about the paper before the journal received it. The implications of this discovery are extremely serious.
• First it means that all the measurements made for Depleted Uranium DU on Gulf War 2 veterans are now useless as indications of exposure to Uranium dust and must be revisited.
• Second it shows that Uranium is now being used routinely in anti-personnel weapons and no longer only in anti tank weapons.
• Finally it means that the focus of the NGOs on banning Depleted Uranium (DU) is misplaced and such a ban pointless since DU has not been deployed for a long time as the military rightly (and with some concealed amusement) say.
The local civilian effects and global civilian exposures to this material represents a human rights issue of the greatest magnitude.

We cannot keep denying that these radioactive weapons can discriminate in their effects between military and non-military targets. Why They Wanted Him, Dead!
In 2010 Gaddafi offered to invest $97 billion in Africa to free it from Western influence, on condition that African states rid themselves of corruption and nepotism. Gaddafi always dreamed of a Developed, United Africa and was about to make that dream come true - and nothing is more terrifying to the West than a Developed, United Africa.
Here is a selection of the initiatives Libya has already put in place in Africa, as well as some of the projects it is planning, explaining why the West's illegal war against Libya also is a war against Entire Africa.
AFRICAN UNION: Libya is one of the biggest contributors to the budget of the African Union. A Libyan diplomat told Reuters Libya is one of five countries -- the others are Algeria, Egypt, Nigeria and South Africa -- which cover 75 percent of the Union's budget. "Libya makes its full required contribution to AU funds. Not all countries do and that buys it influence," a senior African Union official said.
MALI: For several years Mali has been confronted with the activities of the radical Islamist militia Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb in its northern deserts. Gaddafi’s money and diplomacy have helped to resolve conflicts in northern Mali between rebels and the government. In 2010 Libya has given Mali two security planes to combat insecurity in the north of the country. These conflicts could flare up again if Gaddafi exits the stage. Nowadays Gaddafi has many supporters in Mali who regularly march to protest against the Western-led military intervention in Libya.
CONGO: Libya has put $65 billion into sovereign wealth funds, including one which is specifically designed to make investments in Africa. The Libyan Arab African Investment Company, a vehicle of Libya's Africa sovereign wealth fund, owns Le Meridien, one of the biggest hotels in Congo. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment paid for by Libyan investment. In 2010, Libya planned to fund the building of a highway north of Congo's capital Brazzaville, where also the building of a mosque is planned.
LIBERIA: Libya has provided millions in investment projects, helping to strengthen the rule of President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf in one of Africa’s most impoverished nations. Gaddafi's help includes the funding of a rubber processing factory built in Gbarnga, Bong County, a technical and vocational school for the handicapped, as well as Libyan assistance in helping Liberia tackle the food crisis and renovation for the Ducor Intercontinental Hotel.
NIGER: Also in Niger Gaddafi has helped to prop up the government and the authorities would become more fragile without his financial help. Libyan Prime Minister Al-Baghdadi Ali al-Mahmoudi visited Niger in August 2010 and announced the creation of a $100 million investment fund for Niger as part of a strengthening of bilateral ties. Under earlier agreements, Libya is contributing 100 million euros for the construction of a Trans-Sahara highway in the north of Niger, according to sources close to Niger's foreign ministry. The local subsidiary of Libya Oil, along with Total, are the major players in Niger's fuel retailing business.
CHAD: Gaddafi has been a key supporter of the government, which would weaken if it lost his aid revenue. Chad has been plagued by civil wars and invasions after its independence from France in 1960. After years of unrest, Gaddafi seals a peace agreement for Chad between four Chadian rebel groups and the Chadian government in 2007, which agreement was signed in Sirte.
In 2010 Libya made a huge investment in Chad's National Telecom, which meant a boost of the number of the Chadian mobile phone users from 100,000 to two million.
CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC: Libya has helped to prop up the fragile government, sending paratroopers into the capital in 2001 to defeat a rebel assault. In 2008 Gaddafi played a role in the formation of a peace agreement between the government and rebel groups.
MAURITANIA: Gaddafi was the first head of state to visit after a 2008 coup which brought President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz to power. Aziz, who subsequently won a presidential election, has visited Gaddafi several times since then. Even Mauritanian opposition politicians have gone to Tripoli to pledge allegiance to the Libyan leader. Mauritania has debts to Libya of about $200 million. During discussions on debt relief in May 2010, the Libyan Central Bank announced Libya would provide $50 in grants to build a hospital and a university. The university is to be named after Gaddafi.
SUDAN: The 20,000-troop peacekeeping mission in Dafur, jointly supported by the African Union and the United Nations, could be hampered if the African Union (AU) loses funding from Gaddafi and destabilize the country. Gaddafi, who blamed the crisis in Darfur on Israel, made a number of attempts to broker peace talks between Darfur rebels and the Sudanese government.
In October 2010, Gaddafi warned ahead of a vote on possible independence for South Sudan that a partition of the country would be a “contagious disease” that could spread to other African states.
ETHIOPIA: The African Union, based in Ethiopia's capital, could find itself in financial trouble if it loses the massive support that Gaddafi gives it. Under his rule, Libya supplied 15% of the AU’s membership dues, and it also paid the dues of many smaller and poorer African nations. To seek for a solution of the Eritrea-Ethiopia conflict, Gaddafi has sent a special envoy to Ethiopia in 2000. In 2008, Libya's OiLibya bought Shell Ethiopia. This agreement also included retaining all Shell employees, who were hoping to work in a better environment since a long time
SOMALIA: The African Union peace keeping mission, whose 8,000 soldiers are crucial to the battle against Islamic radicals in Somalia's capital Mogadishu, could be severely weakened if the AU lost the financial support of Gaddafi. In 2008 Libya decided to grant an investment fund to Somalia through the Sahel-Saharan Investment and Trade Bank to fund infrastructures such as roads and bridges within Somalia.
GAMBIA: Libyan firms own two hotels and the "Dream Park" entertainment centre in Gambia. Gambian agriculture has received support from Libya, including a donation of seven new tractors. In 2009 Gaddafi gave two camels to Gambian President Yahya Jammeh as a gift. The Libyan and Gambian presidents have exchanged visits and senior Gambian officials attended ceremonies in September to mark the anniversary of Gaddafi coming to power. On September 7, 2009, Gambia celebrated the 40th anniversary of the Al Fateh Revolution: "In Libya everyone enjoys Freedom!".

They are weary of the Middle East Situation and of the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars. Now Conflicts continue in Libya, Egypt, Syria, and Iran.......the weariness of everything that is happening is wearing on the citizens of our country and others around the world. As the Promised Prophetic Signs increase and the topic becomes more public many are growing weary of the whole end time scenario. Instead of being excited that the time is finally coming many are discarding the Warnings. Most Christian Churches today are more interested in drawing in Large Crowds than offending someone by telling the Truth of Yeshua's return. Many refuse to even mention His return. They had rather Preach about Prosperity in the here and Now. They do Not want to hear a "Doom and Gloom" Message. You will Not hear them Teach on the Book of Revelation or any Prophecy at all. The ability of the few True Believers to remain courageous and steadfast is essential for Victory. A quitter never "Wins" and a Winner never "Quits". Let us all stay strong while anticipating and prepairing for Yeshua's return and not waste time or energy. There are so many that need to hear the Message.

Kisah Nyata: Memetik Panen dari Kesabaran

Ditengah gemuruhnya kota, ternyata Riyadh menyimpan bayak kisah. Kota ini
menyimpan rahasia yang hanya diperdengarkan kepada telinga dan hati yang
mendengar. Tentu saja, Hidayah adalah kehendak NYA dan Hidayah hanya akan
diberikan kepada mereka yang mencarinya.
Ada sebuah energi yang luar biasa dari cerita yang kudengar beberapa hari yang
lalu dari sahabat Saya mengenal banyak dari mereka, ada beberapa dari Palestina,
Bahrain, Jordan, Syiria, Pakistan, India, Srilanka dan kebanyakan dari Mesir dan
Saudi Arabia sendiri. Ada beberapa juga dari suku Arab yang tinggal dibenua
Afrika. Salah satunya adalah teman dari Negara Sudan, Afrika.
Saya mengenalnya dengan nama Ammar Mustafa, dia salah satu Muslim kulit hitam
yang juga kerja di Hotel ini.
Beberapa bulan ini saya tidak lagi melihatnya berkerja. Biasanya saya melihatnya
bekerja bersama pekerja lainnya menggarap proyek bangunan di tengah terik
matahari kota Riyadh yang sampai saat ini belum bisa ramah dikulit saya.
Hari itu Ammar tidak terlihat. Karena penasaran, saya coba tanyakan kepada
Iqbal tentang kabarnya.
"Oh kamu tidak tahu?" Jawabnya balik bertanya, memakai bahasa Ingris khas India
yang bercampur dengan logat urdhu yang pekat.
"Iyah beberapa minggu ini dia gak terlihat di Mushola ya?" Jawab saya.
Selepas itu, tanpa saya duga iqbal bercerita panjang lebar tentang Ammar. Dia
menceritakan tentang hidup Ammar yang pedih dari awal hingga akhir, semula saya
keheranan melihat matanya yang menerawang jauh. Seperti ingin memanggil kembali
sosok teman sekamarnya itu.
Saya mendengarkan dengan seksama. Ternyata Amar datang ke kota Riyadh ini lima
tahun yang lalu, tepatnya sekitar tahun 2004 lalu. Ia datang ke Negeri ini
dengan tangan kosong, dia nekad pergi meninggalkan keluarganya di Sudan untuk
mencari kehidupan di Kota ini. Saudi arabia memang memberikan free visa untuk
Negara Negara Arab lainnya termasuk Sudan, jadi ia bisa bebas mencari kerja
disini asal punya Pasport dan tiket.
Sayang, kehidupan memang tidak selamanya bersahabat. Do'a Ammar untuk mendapat
kehidupan yang lebih baik di kota ini demi keluarganya ternyata saat itu belum
terkabul. Dia bekerja berpindah pindah dengan gaji yang sangat kecil, uang
gajinya tidak sanggup untuk membayar apartemen hingga ia tinggal di apartemen
teman temannya. Meski demikian, Ammar tetap gigih mencari pekerjaan. Ia tetap
mencari kesempatan agar bisa mengirim uang untuk keluarganya di Sudan.
Bulan pertama berlalu kering, bulan kedua semakin berat... Bulan ketiga hingga
tahun tahun berikutnya kepedihan Ammar tidak kunjung berakhir.. Waktu bergeser
lamban dan berat, telah lima tahun Ammar hidup berpindah pindah di Kota ini.
Bekerja dibawah tekanan panas matahari dan suasana Kota yang garang. Tapi amar
tetap bertahan dalam kesabaran.
Kota metropolitan akan lebih parah dari hutan rimba jika kita tidak tahu caranya
untuk mendapatkan uang, dihutan bahkan lebih baik. Di hutan kita masih bisa
menemukan buah buah, tapi di kota? Kota adalah belantara penderitaan yang akan
menjerat siapa saja yang tidak mampu bersaing.
Riyadh adalah ibu kota Saudi Arabia. Hanya berjarak 7 jam dari Dubai dan 10 Jam
jarak tempuh dengan bis menuju Makkah. Dihampir keseluruhan kota ini tidak ada
pepohonan untuk berlindung saat panas. Disini hanya terlihat kurma kurma yang
berbuah satu kali dalam setahun..
Amar seperti terjerat di belantara Kota ini. Pulang ke suddan bukan pilihan
terbaik, ia sudah melangkah, ia harus membawa perubahan untuk kehidupan
keluarganya di negeri Sudan. Itu tekadnya.
Ammar tetap tabah dan tidak berlepas diri dari keluarganya. Ia tetap mengirimi
mereka uang meski sangat sedikit, meski harus ditukar dengan lapar dan haus
untuk raganya disini. Sering ia melewatkan harinya dengan puasa menahan dahaga
dan lapar sambil terus melangkah, berikhtiar mencari suap demi suap nasi
untuk keluarganya di Sudan.
Tapi Ammar pun Manusia. Ditahun kelima ini ia tidak tahan lagi menahan malu
dengan teman temannya yang ia kenal, sudah lima tahun ia berpindah pindah
kerjaan numpang di teman temannya tapi kehidupannya tidak kunjung berubah.
Ia memutuskan untuk pulang ke Sudan. Tekadnya telah bulat untuk kembali menemui
keluarganya, meski dengan tanpa uang yang ia bawa untuk mereka yang
menunggunya. Saat itupun sebenarnya ia tidak memiliki uang, meski sebatas
uang untuk tiket pulang. Ia memaksakan diri menceritakan keinginannya untuk
pulang itu kepada teman terdekatnya. Dan salah satu teman baik amar memahaminya
ia memberinya sejumlah uang untuk beli satu tiket penerbangan ke Sudan.
Hari itu juga Ammar berpamitan untuk pergi meninggalkan kota ini dengan niat
untuk kembali ke keluarganya dan mencari kehidupan di sana saja. Ia pergi ke
sebuah Agen di jalan Olaya- Riyadh, utuk menukar uangnya dengan tiket. Sayang,
ternyata semua penerbangan Riyadh-Sudan minggu ini susah didapat karena konflik
di Libya, Negara tetangganya. Tiket hanya tersedia untuk kelas executive saja.
Akhirnya ia beli tiket untuk penerbangan minggu berikutnya. Ia memesan dari
saat itu supaya bisa lebih murah. Tiket sudah ditangan, dan jadwal terbang masih
minggu depan. Ammar sedikit kebingungan dengan nasibnya. Tadi pagi ia tidak
sarapan karena sudah tidak sanggup lagi menahan malu sama temannya, siang inipun
belum ada celah untuk makan siang. Tapi baginya ini bukan hal pertama. Ia hampir
terbiasa dengan kebiasaan itu.
Adzan dzuhur bergema..
Semua Toko Toko, Supermarket, Bank, dan Kantor Pemerintah serentak menutup
pintu dan menguncinya. Security Kota berjaga jaga di luar kantor kantor,
menunggu hingga waktu Shalat berjamaah selesai. Ammar tergesa menuju sebuah
masjid di pusat kota Riyadh. Ia mengikatkan tas kosongnya di pinggang, kemudian
mengambil wudhu.. memabasahi wajahnya yang hitam legam, mengusap rambutnya yang
keriting dengan air.
Lalu ia masuk mesjid. Shalat 2 rakaat untuk menghormati masjid. Ia duduk
menunggu mutawwa memulai shalat berjamaah.
Hanya disetiap shalat itulah dia merasakan kesejukan, Ia merasakan terlepas
dari beban Dunia yang menindihnya, hingga hatinya berada dalam ketenangan ditiap
menit yang ia lalui.
Shalat telah selesai. Ammar masih bingung untuk memulai langkah. Penerbangan
masih seminggu lagi.
Ia diam.
Dilihatnya beberapa mushaf al Qur'an yang tersimpan rapi di pilar pilar mesjid
yang kokoh itu. Ia mengmbil salah satunya, bibirnya mulai bergetar membaca
taawudz dan terus membaca al Qur'an hingga adzan Ashar tiba menyapanya. Selepas
Maghrib ia masih disana. Beberapa hari berikutnya, Ia memutuskan untuk tinggal
disana hingga jadwal penerbangan ke Sudan tiba.
Ammar memang telah terbiasa bangun awal di setiap harinya. Seperti pagi itu, ia
adalah orang pertama yang terbangun di sudut kota itu. Ammar mengumandangkan
suara indahnya memanggil jiwa jiwa untuk shalat, membangunkan seisi kota saat
fajar menyingsing menyapa Kota.
Adzannya memang khas. Hingga bukan sebuah kebetulan juga jika Prince (Putra
Raja Saudi) di kota itu juga terpanggil untuk shalat Subuh berjamaah
disana. Adzan itu ia kumandangkan disetiap pagi dalam sisa seminggu terakhirnya
di kota Riyadh. Hingga jadwal penerbanganpun tiba. Ditiket tertulis jadwal
penerbangan ke Sudan jam 05:23am, artinya ia harus sudah ada di bandara jam 3
pagi atau 2 jam sebelumnya.
Ammar bangun lebih awal dan pamit kepada pengelola masjid, untuk mencari bis
menuju bandara King Abdul Azis Riyadh yang hanya berjarak kurang dari 30 menit
dari pusat Kota.
Amar sudah duduk diruang tunggu dibandara, Penerbangan sepertinya sedikit
ditunda, kecemasan mulai meliputinya. Ia harus pulang kenegerinya tanpa uang
sedikitpun, padahal lima tahun ini tidak sebentar, ia sudah berusaha semaksimal
mungkin.
Tapi inilah kehidupan, ia memahami bahwa dunia ini hanya persinggahan. Ia tidak
pernah ingin mencemari kedekatannya dengan Penggenggam Alam semesta ini dengan
mengeluh. Ia tetap berjalan tertatih memenuhi kewajiban kewajibannya, sebagai
Hamba Allah, sebagai Imam dalam keluarga dan ayah buat anak anaknya.
Diantara lamunan kecemasannya, ia dikejutkan oleh suara yang memanggil manggil
namanya. Suara itu datang dari speaker dibandara tersebut, rasa kagetnya
belum hilang Ammar dikejutkan lagi oleh sekelompok berbadan tegap
yang menghampirinya.
Mereka membawa Ammar ke mobil tanpa basa basi, mereka hanya berkata "Prince
memanggilmu" . Ammarpun semakin kaget jika ia ternyata mau dihadapkan dengan
Prince. Prince adalah Putra Raja, kerajaan Saudi tidak hanya memiliki
satu Prince. Prince dan Princess mereka banyak tersebar hingga ratusan diseluruh
jazirah Arab ini. Mereka memilii Palace atau Istana masing masing.
Keheranan dan ketakutan Ammar baru sirna ketika ia sampai di Mesjid tempat ia
menginap seminggu terakhir itu, disana pengelola masjid itu menceritakan bahwa
Prince merasa kehilangan dengan Adzan fajar yang biasa ia lantunkan.
Setiap kali Ammar adzan prince selalu bangun dan merasa terpanggil.. Hingga
ketika adzan itu tidak terdengar, Prince merasa kehilangan. Saat mengetahui
bahwa sang Muadzin itu ternyata pulang kenegerinya Prince langsung memerintahkan
pihak bandara untuk menunda penerbangan dan segera menjemput Ammar yang saat itu
sudah mau terbang untuk kembali ke Negerinya.
Singkat cerita, Ammar sudah berhadapan dengan Prince. Prince menyambut Ammar
dirumahnya, dengan beberapa pertanyaan tentang alasan kenapa ia tergesa pulang
ke Sudan.
Amarpun menceritakan bahwa ia sudah lima tahun di Kota Riyadh ini dan tidak
mendapatkan kesempatan kerja yang tetap serta gaji yang cukup untuk menghidupi
keluarganya.
Prince mengangguk nganguk dan bertanya: "Berapakah gajihmu dalam satu
bulan?" Amar kebingungan, karena gaji yang ia terima tidak pernah tetap. Bahkan
sering ia tidak punya gaji sama sekali, bahkan berbulan bulan tanpa gaji
dinegeri ini.
Prince memakluminya. Beliau bertanya lagi: "Berapa gaji paling besar dalam
sebulan yang pernah kamu dapati?"
Dahi Ammar berkerut mengingat kembali catatan hitamnya selama lima tahun
kebelakang. Ia lalu menjawabnya dengan malu: "Hanya SR 1.400", jawab Ammar.
Prince langsung memerintahkan sekretarisnya untuk menghitung uang. 1.400 Real
itu dikali dengan 5 tahun (60 bulan) dan hasilnya adalah SR 84.000 (84 Ribu Real
= Rp. 184. 800.000). Saat itu juga bendahara Prince menghitung uang dan
menyerahkannya kepada Amar.
Tubuh Amar bergetar melihat keajaiban dihadapannya.
Belum selesai bibirnya mengucapkan Al Hamdalah, Prince baik itu menghampiri dan
memeluknya seraya berkata: "Aku tahu, cerita tentang keluargamu yang menantimu
di Sudan. Pulanglah temui istri dan anakmu dengan uang ini. Lalu kembali
lagi setelah 3 bulan. Saya siapkan tiketnya untuk kamu dan keluargamu kembali ke
Riyadh. Jadilah Bilall dimasjidku.. dan hiduplah bersama kami di Palace ini"
Ammar tidak tahan lagi menahan air matanya. Ia tidak terharu dengan jumlah uang
itu, uang itu memang sangat besar artinya di negeri Sudan yang miskin. Ammar
menangis karena keyakinannya selama ini benar, Allah sungguh sungguh
memperhatikannya selama ini, kesabarannya selama lima tahun ini diakhiri dengan
cara yang indah.
Ammar tidak usah lagi membayangkan hantaman sinar matahari disiang hari yang
mengigit kulitnya. Ammar tidak usah lagi memikirkan kiriman tiap bulan untuk
anaknya yang tidak ia ketahui akan ada atau tidak.
Semua berubah dalam sekejap! Lima tahun itu adalah masa yang lama bagi
Ammar. Tapi masa yang teramat singkat untuk kekuasaan Allah.
Nothing Imposible for Allah,
Tidak ada yang tidak mungkin bagi Allah..
Bumi inipun Milik Allah,..
Alam semesta, Hari ini dan Hari Akhir serta Akhirat berada dalam Kekuasaan Nya.
Inilah buah dari kesabaran dan keikhlasan. Ini adalah cerita nyata yang tokohnya
belum beranjak dari kota ini, saat ini Ammar hidup cukup dengan sebuah rumah di
dalam Palace milik Prince. Ia dianugerahi oleh Allah di Dunia ini hidup yang
baik, ia menjabat sebagai Muadzin di Masjid Prince Saudi Arabia di pusat
kota Riyadh.
Subhanallah. ..
Seperti itulah buah dari kesabaran.
"Jika sabar itu mudah, tentu semua orang bisa melakukannya. Jika kamu mulai
berkata sabar itu ada batasnya, itu cukup berarti pribadimu belum mampu menetapi
kesabaran karena sabar itu tak ada batasnya. Batas kesabaran itu terletak
didekat pintu Syurga dalam naungan keridhaan Nya"
وَمَا يُلَقَّاهَا إِلا الَّذِينَ صَبَرُوا وَمَا يُلَقَّاهَا إِلا ذُو
حَظٍّ عَظِيمٍ
"Sifat-sifat yang baik itu tidak dianugerahkan melainkan kepada orang-orang yang
dan tidak dianugerahkan melainkan kepada orang-orang yang mempunyai
keberuntungan yang besar". (Al Fushilat 35)

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is running out of rhetorical ammunition in the US's Holy War against Syria. Perhaps it's the strain of launching a NATO war bypassing the UN Security Council. Perhaps it's the strain of being eaten for breakfast routinely by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
Hillary has just called on "Western powers" and their Arab stooges - the NATOGCC compound [1] that passes for the "international community" - to "make it clear that Russia and China will pay a price because they are holding up progress" regarding weaponized regime change in Syria.
In non-newspeak, this means, "If you block our new war, there will be payback".
Howls of laughter in the corridors of the Kremlin and the Zhongnanhai notwithstanding, this shows how desperate the NATOGCC compound is to force regime change in Syria as a stopover in cutting off Iran's privileged connection with the Arab world. And this while Turkey's Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan - leading NATO's eastern flank - itches to attack Syria but can't find a way to sell it to Turkish public opinion.
Into this incandescent context plunges WikiLeaks - releasing a batch of very embarrassing emails against the Assad system and the NATO rebels as well. A possible side effect will be to inspire waves of so-called progressives all across the West to start supporting the Holy War on Syria. A realistic effect will be to show how unsavory both sides - the police state Assad system and the armed opposition - really are.
Car bombing tourism, anyone?
It's useful to examine what price Washington itself, not to mention its NATO subjects, could be paying for this Holy War branch-out fought with - who else - the same bunch of "terrorists" who until yesterday were about to destroy Western civilization and turn it into a giant Caliphate.
Washington, London and Paris have tried - twice - to twist the UN Security Council into yet another war. They were blocked by Russia and China. So plan B was to bypass the UN and launch a NATO war. Problem is NATO has no stomach - and no funds - for a very risky war with a country that can actually defend itself.
Thus plan C is to bet on a prolonged civil war, using the Far-from-Free Syrian Army (FSA), crammed with mercenaries and jihadists, and the band of opportunistic exiles known as the Syrian National Council (SNC).
The SNC has actually called for a Libya-style no-fly zone over Syria - shorthand for a NATO war. Turkey also formally asked NATO for a no-fly zone. NATO commanders may be inept - but they have a certain amount of experience with major embarrassment (see Afghanistan). They flatly refused it.
The SNC - and the FSA - could not be more un-representative. The "Friends of Syria" - as in Hillary and the Arab stooges - barely acknowledge the existence of the National Coordination Body for Democratic Change (NCB), the main indigenous opposition movement in Syria, composed of 13 political parties, mostly from the Left, Arab nationalists and including one Kurdish party. The NCB firmly denounces any form of militarization and totally dismisses the FSA.
Iraq's Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari - a Kurd - has warned that Salafi-jihadists of the al-Qaeda mould are moving into Syria in droves. Apparently this bunch still listens very closely to "invisible" al-Qaeda ideologue Dr Ayman al-Zawahiri; five months ago he issued these marching orders to jihadis in Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey. It also helps that many of them are being weaponized - via different networks - by the House of Saud and Qatar.
For months everybody knows that the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) of al-Qaeda-linked Abdul Hakim Belhaj has been active in Syria - as well as remnants of al-Qaeda in Iraq now responsible for car bombings even in Damascus.
In the event of a post-Assad Syria dominated by hardcore Sunnis infiltrated by Wahhabis and Salafi-jihadists, guaranteed blowback will leave Afghanistan after the 1980s anti-Soviet jihad looking like a ride on Disneyland Hong Kong.
We accept yuan and rubles
As for China, it's laughing about Hillary's desperation all the way to the bank. As the House of Saud becomes ever more paranoid with what it sees as the Obama administration flirting with democracy in the Arab world, Beijing jacked up trade ties by delivering a bunch of new missiles to Riyadh.
And while the "West" flirts with Holy War, Beijing's state-sponsored corporations have been buying commodities like crazy all across the Middle East, North Africa and South America - as well as stockpiling rare earths for strategic reserves. China produces no less than 97% of the world's rare earths - used on everything from iPads to those shiny new missiles now frying in the Arabian desert.
Other side effects as in "the price to pay" for the bypassing of the UN and the obsession on NATO as global Robocop will be inevitable. It shouldn't be forgotten that the Holy War on Syria is a stopover on the way to Tehran. For instance, a new system of maritime insurance, as well as a new international exchange mechanism - bypassing Western diktats - may be about to be born.
Yet the most important element may be a concerted move by Russia, Iran and China to reorganize the global energy market by transacting outside of the petrodollar.
So Washington cuts Iran off from SWIFT - the international bank clearing system? Iran's central bank counterpunches; if you want to do business with us, you can pay in any currency apart from the US dollar, or you can pay with gold.
This is the Holy Grail of the Holy War - not Syria; one thing is for Tehran to accept euros as payment for its oil and gas; another thing is to accept gold. On top of it with full support from both Russia and China.
In a nutshell; the whole Holy War syndrome is accelerating the end of the US dollar as global reserve currency. And when it happens, will there be an American Spring? Or will US elites - like the Mob - have the guts, and the muscle, to force Russia and China to pay the price?
