Noga Shanee would like help for a brave Israeli activist protesting abuse of primates at the Mazor Farm in Israel. She writes,
"An Israeli woman, Anabelle Zamir, is on hunger strike for the seventh day demanding the closure of the Mazor farm (a breeding centre for primates used in vivisection) in Israel, and she is getting very weak. The farm's activities have recently increased with thousands of macaque monkeys captured in Mauritius shipped there for breeding and later sent to be used in experiments. The hunger strike is taking place in front of the house of Gilad Erdan, the Israeli Minister of the Environment who has the responsibility to finalize the legal proceedings started at the beginning of 2012 against the Mazor Farm. With elections close at hand if a decision is not made soon it will be delayed indefinitely. The Israeli press seem to be silencing this protest and it gets very limited coverage. Anabelle was taken to hospital yesterday and returned to the protest and hundreds of supporters. We need urgent help in spreading this message in the international press to put pressure on the state of Israel to act immediately." Vanaf Dubai is het een kleine 7 uur vliegen naar Mauritius. Een echte mooie groene strandbestemming. Vanaf de luchthaven is het naar vrijwel naar ieder hotel 1 uur rijden over kleine smalle bochtige weggetjes. Onderweg kom je langs de suikerrietvelden, mooie stranden en vissersdorpjes. De prachtige resorts liggen eigenlijk allemaal aan het strand. De stranden op Mauritius zijn nooit in prive bezit van de eigenaar van het hotel. Vooral bij de hotels in het noorden merkte we dat er genoeg verkopers waren die hun ware wilden verkopen. Mocht je interesse hebben in een van de mooie doeken, kettings etc. wat ze verkopen, zorg dat je goed afdingt. Net als de boottripjes, en andere watersportactiviteiten. Let goed op, want de meeste resort hebben dit soort dingen al gratis voor hun gasten. Mauritius kent eigenlijk geen regenseizoen. Alleen af en toe hebben ze last van cyclonen uit de richting van de Maladiven waardoor het weer om kan slaan naar zware bewolking. De luchtvochtigheid in de zomer (december tot maart) is vele malen hoger. De beste periode om Mauritius te bezoeken zijn oktober, november, april en mei. Het weer in het zuiden van het eiland is vaak een paar graden koeler dan in het noorden. Ben je op zoek naar een beetje vertier dan kan je het beste een hotel zoeken in de buurt van Grand Baie. Hier zijn meerdere barretjes en discotheken.
Het leukste is om een taxi aan te houden en hem voor de hele dag te boeken. Je betaald dan ongeveer 1800 roepie, en hij kent de leukste plekjes van het eiland. Je kunt in 1 dag redelijk goed de bezienswaardigheden van het eiland doen. Wil je een ochtend of middag een boot trip maken en naar dolfijnen zoeken, dan kan je dit het beste doen vanaf Flic en Flac. Ben jij een echte golfliefhebber dan kan je hier je hart ophalen. Mauritius heeft bijna bij ieder 5 sterren hotel wel een golfbaan. En bij veel hotels is het nog zo dat de gasten hier gratis gebruik van kunnen maken.
Er zijn verschillende mogelijkheden om in aanraking met dieren te komen. Zo is er een krokodillenreservaat. Je kunt naar de birdpark, waar niet alleen vogels zijn of je kan wandelen met de leeuwen.
Het eiland kent ontzettend veel mooie resort, maar vooral het serviceniveau van de hotels is extreem hoog in vergelijk met de rest van de wereld. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar absoluut niet in een opdringerige manier. Er staat veel vis op het menu, maar uiteraard kan je er ook vlees krijgen. Het eten op het eiland is echt van topniveau. Het is dan ook raadzaam om halfpension te boeken, aangezien je veelal toch wel bent aangewezen op de restaurants van je hotel. En je bent dan een stuk voordeliger uit. Speciaal voor honeymooners, regelen ze een romantisch diner op het strand of een ontbijt op je terras. Maar nog belangrijker zijn de kortingen die gegeven worden aan honeymooners. Veelal krijgt de bruid een korting van 50% of is zij zelfs helemaal gratis. Wanneer je vliegt met Air Mauritius kan je als bruid zijnde ook een leuke korting krijgen. Mauritius is dus een echte honeymoonbestemming.2012-12-20 18:58:28

History of Mauritius
The State of Mauritius consists of the islands of Mauritius, Rodrigues and Outer Islands namely Agalega (Cargados Carajos), St Brandon, Tromelin and Diego Garcia. Mauritius itself has a total area of 1860 sq. km and lies 800 km east of Madagascar. Rodrigues with an area of 109 sq.km is situated some 650 km to the north-east of Mauritius.
The island of Mauritius was visited by the Arabs, as all the other islands of the western indian ocean appeared on their maps. Unfortunately, they left no trace on the island. In the 16th cetury, Mauritius was visited by the Portuguese. The first settlement in Mauritius, however, was made by the Dutch who landed in Mauritius in September 1598. The island was named after Maurist Van Nassau. After twa abortive attempts at settlement, the Dutch left the island in 1710. During their stay they introduced sugar cane cultivation, the deer and were engaged in the lumbering of ebony trees. They withnessed the extermination of the Dodo bird.
On the departure of the Dutch, the French, who were already in Reunion Island, took possession of the island and named it Isle de France. Initially it was ruled by the Compagnie des Indes, but in 1767 it became a royal possession. During their stay, they developed the port and built Port Louis as the main administrative centre. They expanded the cultivation of sugar cane and other crops with the inputs of slaves from East Africa, Madagascar and India. Most importantly they pursued further introduced new spices and other crops from the East Indies. The French lost the island to the British during the Anglo-French war in 1810.
The British period extending from 1810 to 1968 withnessed several changes. The island was renamed Mauritius. Initially the British encouraged the expansion of sugar cane cultivation and at the abolition of slavery in 1833, inaugurated the importation of indentured labourers from India to work in the sugar fields. By the 1860’s Indian immigrants made well over half of this multiracial population. Railways and roads were built throughout the island. Despite the opening of the Suez Canal, when the island lost its importance as a port of transit, development took place in all spheres.
The campaign for the transfer of political power to Mauritians was started by the Labour movement as from the 1930’s. Negotiations for political autonomy led by the the Prime Minister, Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam, during the 1960’s finally ushered towards the island’s independence within the commonwealth on 12th March 1968. При наличии глобальных валют и скоординированных действиях крупных политико-экономических мировых игроков трудно отрицать существование центров (центра) по их управлению. Они могут быть эффективными или бестолковыми, конструктивными или деструктивными, временными и/или постоянными, тактическими и/или стратегическими, дружественными и/или противоборствующими между собой. Но, не могут не быть. А значит, способны родить и воплотить планомерный "мировой заговор". И если они не очевидны для нас (конспиративны), значит, с полным основанием достойны прозвища "мировой закулисы".
А что, сегодня и исторически могло двигать людскими массами и процессами, выступая их заказчиком? - В первую очередь:(государственная) Власть и (крупный частный) Капитал (как сферы влияния и абстрактные носители фактора управления и материальных ценностей), имеющие превосходные способности и возможности к организации (чего бы то ни было), благодаря накопленному опыту самоорганизации/управления, административному ресурсу и средств их поддержания. А во вторую очередь - мировая массовая общественность, не имеющая вышеназванных возможностей и качеств. И потому, являющаяся условно неспособной к созданию сравнимых по мощи структур с Властью и Капиталом. Значит, при вероятном существовании мирового центра (центров) управления, в нем не будут в достаточной степени представлены подлинные лидеры общественности, и их интересы. А если ему посильны планомерные действия в глобальных масштабах, то подобную структуру с полным правом справедливо величать почетным званием "мирового (глобального) правительства".
Но возникает резонный вопрос: почему в его системе целесообразно различать (отделять), именно Власть и Капитал, а скажем - не личные персоналии или общественно-политические силы, обладающие тем и другим, одновременно? - А в этом и заключается вся соль для понимания сущности «мирового правительства». И еще та причина, не позволяющая ему завладеть миром безраздельно.
Например, если предположить, что с середины XX-го века, и до перестройки в СССР существовали две противоборствующих силы (глобалистов), то почему бы впоследствии, победившему в холодной войне не установить абсолютное мировое господство? И не попустительствовать развитию новых соискателей, типа Китая? Может, не хватило сил? - Вряд ли, ведь они условно удвоились за счет аннексий и контрибуций поверженного СССР. А это значит, что одной из возможных причин могла быть внутренняя несговорчивость, противоборство и отсутствие единого центра управления у победителя.
Можно предположить, что возникновению подобной ситуации способствовала защита собственных интересов каждым из участников "мирового правительства", представлявших свои государства и/или корпорации. И большинство из них известно, если следовать принципу - ищи, кому выгодна гибель СССР (вероятно, что Китай оказался незапланированным выгодоприобретателем, не внесшим соразмерный вклад в развал страны Советов наряду со странами "золотого миллиарда").
Значит, разрозненность мирового правительства по государственному (корпоративному) признаку не стоит сбрасывать со счетов. Но только ли это его разобщало? Вернее, подобное первостепенно и могло лишь разобщать. А что-то обязано и сплачивать? Например, принадлежность к абстрактной Власти или Капиталу.
Определимся условно, кого (чего) можно причислять к первой или второму. Так, к Власти резонно отнести государственную исполнительную и судебную власти (армию, силовые структуры, федеральную/муниципальную администрацию, суды), которую она может эксклюзивно использовать в корыстных целях для накопления частного Капитала с помощью коррупционных схем. Выходит, что коррупция выгодна Власти (при отсутствии коррупции Власть вынуждена использовать еще и профсоюзы в борьбе с Капиталом).
С другой стороны, Капиталу справедливо отдать владение материальными средствами в частной собственности (в отличие от Властно-служебного пользования). Вероятно, что Капиталу значительно труднее (оперативно) использовать Власть, чем наоборот. Например, государственные силовые структуры способны задержать любого олигарха, даже на основании распоряжения последнего начальствующего стража порядка, оперативника или постового инспектора (по оперативной необходимости). А олигарх может воздействовать на последних, лишь через представителя вышестоящей (надзорной) структуры, той же Власти. Или же, с помощью общественного мнения. И в результате напрашивается вывод, что Капиталу не выгодна коррупция (беззаконие), выставляющая его беззащитным перед лицом всемогущей Власти. А чтобы защититься, Капиталу приходится продвигать своих выдвиженцев в органы законодательной власти (и "шпионов" в ее другие ветви), поощрять низовую коррупцию, национализм, оголтелый криминал, терроризм и прочее, подтачивающее и раскачивающее Власть в целом (ее промашки и бессилие, априори на руку Капиталу, если только подобные мероприятия не включены в комплексную и планомерную программу Власти, как провокации, призванные в рамках адекватного противодействия - ужесточать законы и ущемлять права/свободы общества). И чтобы инициировать и поддерживать подобные процессы Капитал формирует оппозиционное общественное мнение (с помощью патронажа СМИ, организации тайных обществ, профсоюзов и прочих общественно-политических структур). Таким образом, Капитал по мере возможности использует коррупцию против своего врага, но силы их, конечно же, неравны. Как, например - рейдерский захват частного предприятия с арестом собственника, против подкупа им судей в целях смягчения себе наказания.
Как не прискорбно констатировать, но Власть и Капитал расставили надежные сети по отлову всевозможных работоспособных революционеров. Вернее, по их перемещению из маргинальных общественных организаций в свои логова. К сожалению, для эффективной политической борьбы необходимы финансы (и прочее покровительство), и любой пассионарий, рано или поздно присягает тому или другому стану глобалистов. И начинает защищать интересы платежеспособного заказчика, коим по определению не может быть нищая и бесправная массовая общественность.
Сегодня в России, благодаря Интернету создается третья сила - общественная (виртуальная), постепенно отвоевывающая рубежи у Власти и Капитала. Вероятно, что они способны пресечь ее триумфальное шествие, но пока еще рассчитывают (и небезосновательно) приручить Интернет для борьбы друг против друга.

По своей природе военные действия необходимы Власти, так как позволяют переходить границы для завоеваний новых рынков, за счет использования доступных инструментов из своего арсенала – военной (силовой) мощи. А для Капитала подобный риск необязателен. И даже нежелателен, благодаря обладанию финансовыми инструментами, для которых государственные границы достаточно проницаемы и без грубого насилия.
Методы Власти относительно незамысловаты (прямолинейны), представляя собой примеры насилия - откровенного запугивания, шантажа и прочих форм силового давления в отношении конкретных объектов.
А вот способы Капитала более изощренны (опосредованы, за неимением возможностей Власти) и призывают в помощь общие и частные законы развития политики, экономики, массовой и индивидуальной психики, с помощью которых - жертв, своими же руками, вынуждают действовать в интересах манипулятора.
Закономерно, что Власть тяготит к общественному устройству на основе политического авторитаризма и тотального планового хозяйствования. Капитал же - наоборот, стремится нейтрализовать прямой Властный контроль с помощью внедрения и развития разнообразных форм плюрализма и либерализма - демократии и рыночной экономики (отсюда и соответствующие формулировки, например: демократы и республиканцы в США, хотя первых нельзя причислять к Капиталу, они - Власть, лоббирующая его интересы в правительстве).
Исходя из реестра своих возможностей (спецслужб), Власть оккупировала такие отрасли криминальной экономики, как торговлю оружием, наркотрафик, рейдерство и покровительство прочей, серьезной оргпреступности (везде возможны исключения). А Капиталу "осталось" довольствоваться легальной сферой экономики и финансов (становится понятной фактическая независимость многих "государственных" Центробанков мира от официальных ветвей Власти, в том числе и в России). Отсюда же и замысловатые масонские знаки на главной мировой валюте - долларе США, как клейма, застолбившего сферу влияния Капитала.
Самым оперативным и эффективным способом влияния друг на друга у Власти/Капитала служит терроризм. Именно с его помощью можно подключать к процессу третью сторону - массовую общественность, и использовать ее как инструмент в достижении своих целей. По своей сущности, терроризм всегда направлен против Власти и потому, более свойственен Капиталу - если только, не происходит жесткое противостояние различных Властных кланов и/или ветвей: законодательной, исполнительной, судебной. Либо, Власть намеревается проводить комплексные мероприятия в ответ на агрессию: ужесточать законы, оправдывать намеченные спецоперации и прочее.
Если в стране-жертве не наблюдаются теракты в отношении транспортных коммуникаций, служащих оттоком материальных ценностей в сторону глобалистов (в том числе, Капитала), то закономерно констатировать факт о причастности последних к террору, как способу дестабилизации Власти (в том числе, местной). Такой вывод следует из принципа рационализации затрат, когда целесообразнее подрывать безнадзорные трубопроводы, линии электропередачи или железнодорожные пути, чем охраняемые общественные места. Да и укол для Власти будет более чувствительным.
Кстати, нынешним относительным благополучием Россия обязана своим углеводородным трубопроводам, направленным в сторону глобалистов и главное, проложенным по бескрайним просторам. Именно, невозможность создания эффективной охраны на всем их протяжении заставляет Власть (и Капитал) делиться материальными благами с аборигенами - во избежание партизанских действий голодного и замерзшего населения. Нетрудно представить, когда последним следует ожидать окончания «осадков» из «манны небесной». Но этот лимитирующий фактор не является незыблемым, и у глобалистов отыщется "пятый туз в колоде", чтобы покрыть, даже такой козырь.
Следующим по эффективности инструментом взаимного (Власти/Капитала) воздействия можно назвать общественную деятельность (особенно, формирующую действенные массы). Объективное общественное движение (недовольство), по большей части нацелено против Власти, имея наступательное свойство, в отличие от провластной оборонительной позиции. Понятно, что лучшая защита - это нападение, и Капитал, как оппозиция, всегда раздует недовольство Властью у общественности. И морально, будет более "правым".
При открытом (объективном) противостоянии - как правило, должна быть сильнее Власть, обладая оперативными силовыми инструментами и рычагами влияния. Но, "как правило", существуют для него и множественные исключения.
Кстати, в последнее время, глобальный Капитал продавил у Власти эффективный способ для своего усиления за счет возможности учреждения частных (негосударственных) военизированных образований (большинством в США).
Ну, а основным универсальным инструментом глобалистов в деле захвата чужих территорий служит явление коррупции (беззакония, двойных стандартов). По своей сущности, она служит необходимой атмосферой ("средой программирования") для существования Власти и Капитала, вне родного логова ("золотого миллиарда"). Позволяя нейтрализовать свою главную помеху к "браконьерству", в лице общественности из местных аборигенов. И для того, намеренно наводятся условия, способствующие неминуемому замазыванию криминалом и незаконному отмазыванию, всех и вся - прочно засаживающему крючок коррупционной системы в раскатанные губы массового обывателя, включая госслужащих. И в результате, общественность становится беззубой (без юридического и морального права) в отношении незаконных проделок Власти и Капитала (попробуй - укуси, с крючком во рту и угрожающим размашистым удилищем в чужих руках).
Причем, само явление коррупции делает уязвимыми местные Власть и Капитал для своих глобальных коллег, остающихся с последними один на один, без поддержки своего народа. Тут уж, приходится выбирать - кому присягать. И если в стране бушует коррупция, то можно с большой долей вероятности предполагать, кому служит местная элита Власти и Капитала. И потому, в большинстве случаев -разгул коррупции на локальной территории свидетельствует о ее засилье глобальной Властью/Капиталом, со всеми вытекающими последствиями: слабым формальным национальным лидером и отсутствием сильного неформального во внесистемной оппозиции; раздуванием аппарата чиновников и торжества их вседозволенности (служащих буфером между глобалистами и массовой общественностью); хранения государственных капиталов и материальных ценностей госслужащих в исключительной зоне досягаемости глобалистов; ущемление местного предпринимательства (потенциального неуправляемого конкурента глобалистов) и прочего.
При данном раскладе, рационально распределяются приоритеты Власти/Капитала, выбирающих для себя оптимальные точки опоры. То есть - отдельно взятый чиновничий аппарат гораздо легче подкупить и замазать криминалом, чем всю массовую общественность на интересуемой территории (которая втягивается автоматически). А также, является резонным процесс нагнетания их взаимной неприязни с помощью нескончаемых и безнаказанных разоблачений, публичной демонстрации привилегий и данных сравнительного уровня доходов. Таким образом, реализуется банальная формула власти - разделяй, стравливай и властвуй.
Может сложиться впечатление, что деление абстрактного управления (политики) на Власть и Капитал несколько искусственно, так как они переливаются друг в друга и/или зачастую слиты? - В какой-либо части это так, но в целом – в глобальном масштабе, они ревностно блюдут между собой границы незыблемости. Попробуем обосновать это последующими выкладками.

Бессмысленно искать точку отсчета в процессе формирования Власти и Капитала (условно "надстройки" и "базиса" в историческом материализме), так как не имеет значения, что было из них первично. Например, любому лицу (клану, структуре), захватившему Власть и сформировавшему на ее почве Капитал, рано или поздно придется оставить властный пост (по причине усталости, возраста, страха перед ответственностью) делегировав его полномочия наемным менеджерам (включая династических потомков). Которые (рано или поздно) не преминут воспользоваться ими против своего безвластного протеже. А последний, в свою очередь постарается обезопасить себя верностью прикормленного плебса (общественного мнения), потенциально способного свергнуть (перевыбрать) неугодных правителей (Власть). То есть, для Капитала необходима демократия (либерализм, гласность) в стране нахождения.
Если же первичен Капитал, впоследствии сформировавший Власть, то рано или поздно ситуация придет к варианту описанному выше. Другое дело, когда Власть и Капитал находятся в одних руках и безраздельно. Вот тогда не будет конкуренции и противоречий. Но подобное возможно в случае доминаты государственной собственности, как например, при социализме-коммунизме (конечно, при наличии здравого смысла, доброй воли и нравственности у высшего руководства).

В подавляющем большинстве стран "золотого миллиарда" (и многих других) в последнее время к Власти приходят относительно несостоятельные личности (во всех отношениях), что сигнализирует о нежелании тайного мирового правительства в пополнении своих рядов. Как будто специально на роль верховных правителей подбираются карикатурные личности, неустанно компрометирующие себя в глазах самой Власти, Капитала и массовой общественности. Вероятно, что это достаточная гарантия их сменяемости по первому желанию закулисных протеже.
Ну, а контрольной страховкой от возможного приступа независимости высокопоставленных наемников является дрессированное общественное мнение (структура оппозиции), способное как по команде дирижерской палочки превратиться в действующую массу и смести любую легитимную, но неугодную для закулисы официальную власть. Отсюда и возникают периодические митингово-баррикадные "учения" народных толп, вспыхивающих, иногда даже по незначительному поводу (провокации), но молчаливых и кротких, при возникновении более серьезных, но неформатных дирижерам предпосылок. Подобные боевые мероприятия наглядно демонстрируют официальным властям размеры мускул Капитала (если подобное не представляет конфликты Властных кланов), которому приходится затрачивать колоссальные ресурсы для приручения профсоюзов и общественно-политических структур, формирующих заданные настроения у населения и организующих синхронные народные волнения. И потому, не существует подобных действующих масс в странах, где их не готовят на самом высоком уровне (с колоссальными финансовыми затратами).
Именно, такую ситуацию с импотентным общественным мнением мы наблюдаем и в постперестроечной России (как ранее и в СССР), в условиях отсутствия острого противостояния Власти и Капитала. По причине серьезного доминирования одного из них (рассмотрим позже). И в результате, российское общество исключено из реальной политической борьбы (жизни). И не способно лоббировать свои интересы в построении справедливого социума.

Власть и Капитал, в месте пребывания своих материально-физических носителей: хозяев и якорных материальных ценностей (по большей части в странах "золотого миллиарда"), были вынуждены (естественным отбором) установить относительный паритет, так называемуюсистему сдержек и противовесов (как единство и борьбу противоположностей). Где Капиталом отвоевана главенствующая роль для массовой общественности в служении оппозицией к Власти. И любой ее просчет или волюнтаризм жестоко подавляется управляемыми народными волнениями.
Капитал ревностно поддерживает данный симбиоз с массами, выбивая для них в награду преференции у Власти (действиями оппозиционных политических организаций и прочим). А последняя, чтобы снизить себе (бюджету) нагрузку, заставляет Капитал делиться доходами с трудящимися, посредством деятельности профсоюзов и увеличением налогообложения (богатых, бизнеса). И вместе и поочередно подглядывают друг за другом "в сортирах", чтобы любой недостаток оппонента записать в свое закономерное преимущество (заслугу).
Отсюда и отсутствие коррупции с немыслимым благополучием у простых граждан "золотого миллиарда". Но справедливости ради - поддерживаемое "колониальной" политикой грабежа доноров. Когда награбленного по остаточному принципу от Власти/Капитала хватает и на патронируемое население. В противном случае, оно остается дезорганизованным. И способным лишь на "бессмысленный и беспощадный бунт", как спонтанное и бессистемное реагирование на беспредел.
Конечно, не стоит записывать глобальные Власть или Капитал в идейных народных благодетелей, так как плебс обязан своим благополучием, именно борьбе (конкуренции) этих титанов, а при ее отсутствии, увидел бы от обоих соперников схожий кровожадный оскал или полную равнодушия мину. И надо полагать, что общим делом (угрозой) для Власти и Капитала будет являться образование третьей силы, неохваченной заботами того или другого, например, в лице маргинального общественного движения (оперативно дееспособного). Понятно, что противодействие ему окажется исключительно резонансным.
В случае многих развивающихся государств, имеющих потенциал развития из богатых природных ископаемых, но неэффективную экономику, колоссальный разрыв в доходах населения, жирующую элиту и нищенствующий плебс - можно констатировать, что в подобной стране отсутствует конкурентная борьба между местной Властью и Капиталом. Возможно, по причине их слитности или единоличного доминирования, еще и усугубленного "браконьерской охотой" глобальной Власти/Капитала (на примере России).
Подтверждением факта неоднородности "мирового правительства" являются видимые противоречия при столкновении интересов, например, при дележе вновь образовавшихся рынков. Как это произошло на постсоветском пространстве. Либо, такие противоречия могут возникнуть и на устоявшихся рынках, в случае потери контроля над объектом дохода, например, из-за политического хаоса в нем. И тогда, можно наблюдать нелогичные политико-экономические события, на первый взгляд "отрицающие" принцип управления миром из "одного" центра.

Взглянув на карту мира можно увидеть четкую политическую, экономическую и идеологическую дифференциацию объектов и сфер влияния "мирового правительства". Изолированным океанами США уготована роль защитника "золотого миллиарда", с соответствующей ему военной мощью.
Закономерно, что в Америке представлены все отрасли человеческой деятельности, в связи с ее функцией противовеса своему европейскому аналогу - политико-экономическому сообществу (ЕС). И более того - всему остальному миру, благодаря географическому удалению (принципу безопасности) от центров потенциальной агрессии в лице Китая, Индии, Ближнего Востока, России, да и самой ЕС.
Административные штаты в США исполняют роль отдельных европейских государств. Голливуд – идеологический аналог Ватикана, Канада - ближайший бункер-бомбоубежище и богатый "погреб" сырьевых ресурсов (особенно нефтью) с малонаселенной территорией (в 2,5 раза "пустынней" России).
Второе по величине "государство золотого миллиарда" - ЕС. Где Великобритании и Швейцарии отведена роль мирового офиса и финансового центра, Германии - тяжелое машиностроение, автомобилестроение и электроника, Франции - космические и ядерные отрасли; Испании и Голландии - сельское хозяйство, Бельгии и Финляндии - электронная промышленность, Италии - легкая промышленность и мировой религиозно-идеологический центр - Ватикан (должный находиться в пыльной Палестине, а не в благодатной Италии), социалистическим Скандинавским странам - сырьевые, снабженческие функции, Восточной Европе - буферные, от азиатских стран, включая Россию.
Другим территориально разрозненным странам мира: Японии, Южной Корее, Гонконгу, Тайваню и Сингапуру - отмежеваны финансы, электроника и автомобилестроение; Турции, Израилю и Пакистану - навялена роль ближневосточных жандармов, а ЮАР и Австралии, отдаленным и разнесенным по разным концам света - функции "запасных аэродромов" в случае мировых конфликтов.
Кстати, за эти роли, неиндустриальным Австралии и Израилю позволено быть иждивенцами и сверхпаразитами, уже на теле самого "золотого миллиарда". Голландии, уготована судьба подопытных первопроходцев в психических экспериментах, в виде легализации наркотиков, однополых браков и прочей мерзости. А Германии, Гонконгу, Тайваню и Южной Корее, повезло стать рекламными кампаниями лучшей капиталистической жизни для бывших и настоящих социалистических соседей - Восточной Германии, Китая и Северной Кореи.
При размещении себя по миру, глобалисты учитывали обязательный принцип географического, военного и политико-экономического присутствия во всех полюсных регионах планеты, охватив ее сетью агентов влияния. Но особенно они постарались обезопасить "центральную нервную систему". И для этого разместили свои офисы в наиболее географически безопасных странах: США, отделенных от "старого света" и других, тремя океанами; Великобритании, с защитным "рвом" Ла-Манша; Швейцарии, с горными преградами, и Ватикане, защищенным духовным иммунитетом.
Ну, и сам "головной мозг" - США и Великобританию обезопасили еще и изнутри, с помощью однотипного административного устройства. В первом случае, раздробив страну на относительно самостоятельные штаты, а во втором - на княжества. И в последнее время старались провозглашать там верховными администраторами слабых и/или карикатурных личностей, в виде похотливого Клинтона, недалекого Буша-младшего, малодушного Обамы в США, нехаризматичных Блэра и Брауна в Великобритании или морально-беспринципного Саркози во Франции. Причем, из национальных (по крови) представителей, не доминирующих в политике этих стран - афроамериканца, шотландцев или венгра, соответственно.
К тому же, княжество Англии, занимающее две трети территории Великобритании и с преобладающей национальностью англов - вообще не имеет собственного "княжеского" парламента, будучи представлена, только в общем законодательном собрании, в отличие от княжеств Шотландии, Уэльса и Северной Ирландии.
Таким образом, можно сделать первое предположение о доминирующем национальном составе "мирового правительства" в лице англов, нейтрализуемых системой сдержек и противовесов (по принципу равноуделения от власти), от возможности захвата единоличной власти по национальному признаку внутри самого "мирового правительства".
Но, и на этом не ограничиваются его методы национальной нейтрализации. И дополнительной страховкой служит режим иммиграционного благоприятствования в странах, наиболее опасных своими потенциальными национальными настроениями. Отсюда такое беспрецедентное засилье арабами Великобритании, турками - Германии, африканцами - Франции, а США исторически уже являются готовым многонациональными продуктом (кто же так не заинтересован в засилье Власти англами рассмотрим ниже).
Россия тоже попадает под эту программу действий, "дискредитировав" себя способностью собирать Империи вокруг государствообразующей нации русских. За это и разбавляют их "дестабилизирующими" кавказцами и азиатами.

Следует отметить еще одну уловку Власти в борьбе с Капиталом (использование его в свою пользу), выраженную в завоевании новых территориальных рынков. Основной смысл данного мероприятия заключается в том, чтобы сделать Капитал более зависимым от Власти. Это достигается путем помещения первого в нестабильные районы мира, где только Власть способна его подстраховывать и защищать, эксклюзивно обладая дипломатическими и силовыми рычагами. Чем и норовит беспрестанно пользоваться, провоцируя государственные беспорядки в этих странах, шантажируя Капитал и откусывая от него доли. Этот процесс закономерно не встречает сопротивления последнего, так как премного окупается дешевым "колониальным" сырьем и рабочей силой.
Но и Капитал не обделен превосходными возможностями при достаточно глубоком проникновении в экономику (политику) страны-донора, когда его финансовые инструменты вживаются в нее и становятся неотъемлемыми, жизненно необходимыми - на примере доллара США. И тогда, Капитал приобретает относительную независимость от глобальной Власти, становясь частью местной Власти.
Так, с переменным успехом протекает их борьба, в сущности - двух симбионтов, способных стать, как двигателями прогресса, так и паразитами и/или могильщиками цивилизаций. Но, именно в отношении третьей стороны - массовой общественности, наблюдается особенный резонанс интересов и действий Власти и Капитала. Далеко не в последнюю очередь предпринимается экспорт Капитала в развивающиеся страны с целями ограждения общественности "золотого миллиарда" от конструктивной деятельности, в пользу мелочных забот и развитию привычки к праздной, беспечной и спокойной жизни. Это была историческая методологическая находка глобалистов, закрепляющая зависимость народных масс от своих "благодетелей".
В рамках претворения указанного принципа и происходит беспрецедентное по масштабам перемещение реальных производств в развивающиеся страны. По идее, "золотому миллиарду" должна быть оставлена, лишь военная и финансовая отрасль (включая печатание денег), сфера услуг и производство предметов роскоши.
Закономерно, что у таких вооруженных и праздных бездельников должна сформироваться и соответствующая - эгоистическая, рабовладельческая мораль по отношению к галерным рабам третьего мира. Ведь, весьма предусмотрительно опасаться вероломства от морального становления своего детища, вырастающего из коротких штанишек. И упредительные действия по его ослаблению вполне резонны.

Еще одна причина, не позволяющая "мировому правительству" стать властелином мира заключается в отсутствии видимой гуманистической идеологии, и обозначении высокой цели, способной призвать в помощь мировую общественность. И вообще, оправдать собственное существование.
В первую очередь, это связано с отрицанием или не идентификацией "мирового правительства" самим собою - как объекта, на обозрение общественности (как субъекту). А к пустому месту цель не привяжешь. Периодические неудачные попытки в виде консолидации мировых усилий в борьбе с "осью зла" или космической угрозой, слишком банальны, практичны, временны и потому относительно достижимы. А для поддержки широкими слоями народных масс всегда требуется вечная, недосягаемая и потому высокая цель, будь то коммунизм, расизм или "рай небесный".
В некоторой степени (и до некоторого времени) с этой задачей справлялась довольно удачная находка глобалистов - экспансия "демократии" и "свободы" (на самом деле - необходимое условие функционирования системы сдержек и противовесов в стране пребывания глобалистов, когда с помощью демократических выборов и свободы слова регулируется степень независимости местной Власти и Капитала). Но эта высокая цель не могла даже в краткосрочной перспективе оправдывать корыстную политику двойных стандартов "миссионеров", самопровозгласивших себя абсолютным моральным стандартом и единоличным стратегом в установлении нового мирового порядка.
Такая цель оказалась шита белыми нитками, и со временем, за ней стало просматриваться низкое и банальное желание завоевание безраздельной Власти, не устраивающее большинство населения планеты. Ведь, общеизвестная формула стратегической автоцели глобалистов - власть ради Власти/Капитала (или в других вариациях), представляет решение - жизнь, ради азарта/игры, которое не в состоянии вдохновить общественность и синхронизировать общие интересы и действия с мировыми управленцами. И не позволяет глобалистам опубликовать свою главную тактическую задачу - регуляцию количества населения земли (по некоторым данным, максимальный "потолок", который может выдержать наша планета - 10 млрд. человек). Ведь для того, чтобы заставить наиболее плодящиеся маргинальные народы и общественные слои участвовать в общей демографической программе, необходимо поднять их уровень образования/ответственности (качество жизни). Для чего "мировому правительству" придется делиться... Властью и Капиталом. Но ему целесообразнее уничтожить избыток населения войнами и экономическими блокадами. И попутно заработать на этом. Вот здесь и кроется идейное противоречие глобалистов и остального мирового сообщества. И заведомая невозможность постановки и преследования всеобщей высокой цели.
Глобальные Власть и Капитал построили локальный рай на земле, в границах стран "золотого миллиарда", установив в них режим относительной нравственности. Но, в то же время, развернулись звериным оскалом в сторону обслуживающих стран. Подобное противоречие (двойные стандарты) вводит в заблуждение мировую общественность в истинных намерениях глобалистов. Последние создали условия к сверхпотреблению меньшинством, за счет подавляющего голодающего большинства. Эти факторы не должны предоставлять права "мировому правительству" исполнять миссионерскую роль по продвижению своей цивилизации (системы ценностей) в широкие массы.
Духовная религия могла бы стать четвертой силой, вклинившись в систему сдержек и противовесов Капитала, Власти и массовой общественности, чтобы нейтрализовать их пагубное воздействие на эволюцию цивилизации. Но если наблюдается необоснованное объективными факторами возвеличивание религии (религиозных институтов), то существует большая вероятность ее продажности Власти и Капиталу - перевоплощение в политическую религию. Нужно задуматься и насторожиться, если вокруг, как грибы, начинают расти храмы, а духовники прочно обосновываются на "горячих" полосах и экранах СМИ.
Власть и Капитал являются обязательными сторонами одной разменной монеты - стремлению к безраздельной Власти. Их пламенную страсть может загасить, лишь третья сторона - общественность. Власть и Капитал, зачастую сами укрепляют ее, используя в борьбе, друг против друга. И чтобы выживать, последней необходимо разделять их и стравливать, находя противоречия.

Продолжая анализ структуры "мирового правительства" целесообразно задаться вопросом - какие доминирующие национальности могут иметь в нем "контрольные" или "блокирующие" "пакеты акций"? На этот вопрос, частично сможет ответить процесс протекания второй мировой войны, определившей круг неприкасаемых для Гитлера стран и сил.
Как не парадоксально, а скорее закономерно, что фашизм зародился в Италии - месторасположении идеологического "отдела" глобалистов - Ватикане, воспитавшем своим действием и бездействием основателя фашистского движения, Муссолини, возможно рассматриваемого основным фигурантом или дублером Гитлеру в глобальном процессе наступления фашизма на мир. Или вернее - на СССР, так как, фактическое триумфальное восхождение Гитлера на политический Олимп "совпало" с поражением "троцкизма" - бесспорном инструменте глобальной Власти в СССР (так как пожары революций необходимы армиям Власти для проникновения и грабежа в страны-доноры, а Капиталу достаточно и финансовое шествие через границы территорий).
Даже, была притянута историческая аналогия и осуществлена попытка возродить легендарную Римскую империю в ее следующую, современную и "закономерную" ипостась - "Третий Рим" (якобы, "Первый Рим" - императорский, второй - папский, а третий - народный (фашистский) с лидером Муссолини). Где резервным вариантом выступал (созвучный) гитлеровский "Третий Рейх". Ну, а в соревновании за главное лидерство фашистского движения победил Гитлер, за которым стояла более дисциплинированная, воинственная и индустриальная (работоспособная) держава. Тем более, что целесообразнее было умерить и поубавить ее потенциальные имперские замашки при будущем разделе мира, за счет авангардной роли Германии в агрессии, призванной обескровить немцев.
Некоторые признания и предпочтения самого фюрера должны наводить на мысль о существовании неких сил, с которыми он не хотел вступать в подлинное противостояние. Так, Гитлер просто боготворил англичан (англов или другие вариации из национального состава "великобританцев" - саксов, бриттов и прочих, некоторые из которых имеют историческое родство с германскими народами, что возможно сфальсифицировано историками), восхищался их коварством и политике двойной морали, считая их наивысшими ариями, пытался стать для Великобритании союзником, подобострастно называя ее владычицей мира и основным игроком мировой политики.
А то, что англичанам ничто расистское не чуждо, можно проследить на историческом примере, когда английские колонизаторы поголовно уничтожали индейцев в США, в то время, как испанцы и португальцы относительно мирно ассимилировались с латиноамериканцами.
Если проанализировать расистскую идеологию Гитлера, призывая в помощь его книгу "Моя борьба" ("Mein Kampf"), то окажется, что основной проблемой фюрера назначались расово "неполноценные" евреи и политически неугодные французы (хотя термин "расизм" здесь некорректен, так как германцы и евреи принадлежат одной европеоидной расе). На этом вся стройность его расистской идеологии и заканчивалась. Да, и откуда же ей было взяться, если основоположником фашизма и основным союзником Гитлера являлся "не арий" - Муссолини, со всем своим смуглым итальянским народом. А также целая плеяда союзников из румын, венгров, болгар и других неарийских национальных подразделений, служивших в свое время гитлеровцам.
Теория гитлеровского нацизма была сама неполноценна, начиная с базового фундамента: назначения прародителями германских (англосаксонских) народов – "ариев", чьи исторические "истоки" от прото-индоевропейцев, формально берут начало (в том числе) с причерноморских и волжских степей, испокон веков населяемых славянами. И фюрер это понимал, стараясь не афишировать альтернативные географические и антропометрические результаты расовых исследований. И априори, ссылался на "святость" самой идеи национального чистилища для прикрытия своих банальных политических целей в захвате новых мировых рынков.
Иначе, и не объяснить тот факт, что на заре становления своих взглядов, ("Mein Kampf"), Гитлер считал основными врагами евреев и французов, но "почему-то" впоследствии, непоследовательно и с особым рвением, уничтожал своих названных предков - "ариев"-славян. Именно их - белокожих, белокурых и светлоглазых, в своей подавляющей массе настигла расовая "чистка". Целенаправленный геноцид славян особенно затронул Югославию, Польшу и СССР, в десятки раз превышая истребление граждан других национальностей (стран), гораздо менее напоминающих "ариев". Здесь, как раз и прослеживается доминанта политических интересов над идеологическими (если они вообще существовали в общепринятом виде).
Так вот, "стройная" гитлеровская расовая эволюционная теория появилась как из тумана, и была собрана из многочисленных, не всегда связных кусков. Впрочем, о ее стройности и говорить особо не приходится. Ее основной задачей служило оправдание неприкасаемости фюрером "ариев" - англичан. Но самое главное - намечало их существование вообще, показывая мировой общественности (и в том числе еврейству) - кто в мире настоящий хозяин.
Кстати, антифранцузские настроения Гитлера также попадают в формат интересов Великобритании, так как Франция была ее непримиримым историческим врагом (последняя, и сегодня представляет собой относительный полюс особого мнения внутри "золотого миллиарда"). Однако, не настолько, чтобы предавать ее физическому уничтожению.
"Идейный" нацизм Гитлера не особо пугал смуглых (кучерявых, толстогубых, толстоносых) граждан европейских стран, по причине ее отсутствия (в современном варианте). И потому, так легко они сдавались на милость фашистам. Или, кто-то весомо гарантировал безопасность "не ариев", убедив их воевать на стороне нацистов? И заставил Гитлера переступить через свою расистскую теорию. Но также можно предположить, что она являлась отвлекающей идеологической ширмой, под сенью которой пряталась главная меркантильная, безыдейная цель - уничтожение, конкретно славян.
А может быть, Гитлер органически не переваривал коммунистов? Но, он не разворачивал геноцид в отношении неарийских испанцев, воевавших несколько лет против фашистов с их ставленником Франко. За свои коммунистические идеалы.
Также, непоследовательно фюрер признавал и опирался на католическую и протестантскую церковь, публично не поддерживающую расовую дискриминацию. Главной целью Гитлера были богатые недра и развитая промышленность СССР, а не его "ненавистные" евреи. Последние (конечно, не в своей большей массе), всего лишь пользовались представленными возможностями невоенного освоения потенциала страны Советов, за счет проникающей способности своего инструмента - Капитала. При этом, оставляя за бортом интересы Власти - государств Германии, Великобритании и США. Которым, в свою очередь, для захвата советских рынков и притеснения Капитала мешали русские.
Экономическое и военное чудо Германии во многом было обязано стараниям Англии и США, при содействии которых, в нее было вкачано не менее 10 миллиардов, полноценных тогда долларов США. У Гитлера оставался, лишь единственный реальный выход для расчета с кредиторами - военный. И если предпочтения фюрера складывались в пользу англичан, и в ущерб славянам и евреям (здесь не путать интересы рядовых евреев с глобальными интересами Сиона - объединения мировых иудеев в едином государстве, что "ненароком" совпадает и с целями Власти, мечтающей изолировать всех евреев в контролируемых резервациях; возможно, что данная цель сплачивает Власть и Капитал, но служит непреодолимым противоречием внутри последнего, между сионистами и массовыми иудеями), то можно предположить, что первые являются основной нацией, имеющей "контрольный пакет" влияния в структуре "мирового правительства". Даже Черчилль, косвенно подтвердил такое положения вещей, ответив, что в Великобритании нет антисемитизма, потому что англичане не считают евреев умнее себя - вероятно, как авторы фальсификаций, они не боятся управляемых персонажей собственного произведения (понимая - "что знает кот, чье сало жрет"). И сегодня, наибольшие сомнения в существовании холокоста в том виде, каким он представлен общественности, доносятся из двух государств - Ирана и ...Великобритании. С первым все понятно - Израиль для него является потенциально-условным врагом, а со второй? - Тоже ясно: "я тебя породила, я тебя и убью (могу убить)"! А если же следовать общепринятой версии, что основное влияние в глобальной Власти/Капитале имеют иудеи, то нелогичным представляется факт натравливания Гитлера на самое себя (учитывая резонность версии об исполнении им задания Власти и Сиона по насильственному переселению европейских иудеев в Палестину - все же трудно поверить в подобное вероломство в отношении своей "нации").
Вся история борьбы общества с мировым еврейским злом не имеет устойчивого во времени эффекта, так как направлена на ложную мишень - брюхо спрута, оттеняющего для безопасности его английскую голову (национальную, а не географически-государственную). А очень "умные" евреи, в который раз, недальновидно, ради сиюминутной выгоды подставляют свои стратегические "национальные" интересы под пресс общественного негодования, культивируя антисионизм, выходящий за национальные рамки - в политическую, экономическую и моральную плоскости.
Глобальная Власть (англы) не допускает к себе глобальный Капитал (евреев) и наоборот - тем самым, уравновешивается мировая система сдержек и противовесов. Только исключением из общего правила (в обозримом прошлом) в верховные правительства мира могли просачиваться евреи (конечно, кроме Израиля, а последней неудачной попыткой Капитала было выдвижение еврея А.Гора на пост президента США). Даже нынешние российские правители неистово крестятся на публику, чтобы не заподозрили их в нежелательной принадлежности к иудеям.
Именно, глобальная Власть создала и натравила Гитлера на СССР, посчитав его правительство (Власть) еврейским. Вернее, спекулятивно использовала тему, после поражения "троцкизма", качнувшего весы в пользу глобального Капитала. Троцкий же, в целом устраивал глобалистов (уравновешивал систему сдержек и противовесов), так как гарантировал процесс беспрерывных войн по миру (перманентную революцию), жизненно необходимую для проникновения Власти (паразита) в страну-донора. А собственно сами войны, наполняли бы Капитал, за счет военных заказов. И плюс - безоговорочный доступ к неосвоенным рынкам и природному сырью России, благодаря политическому хаосу и беззаконию в ней.
Меньшим злом для Сталина являлся глобальный Капитал (при выборе между плохим и ужасным), хоть как то, противостоящий распоясавшейся Власти в лице Гитлера (и к тому же, доставшийся в наследство от его ставленников-предшественников). А засилье евреев в правительстве СССР (которое начало неуклонно снижаться после смерти Сталина) служило ситуативным гарантом для его поддержки извне. Закономерно, что впоследствии, Сталин первым признал государство Израиль. А его последующее развитие на деньги Власти (Германии), стало ее контрибуцией Капиталу (Сиону), как выигравшей стороне. Более никому, включая и СССР, не представилась подобная соразмерная "халява" - она стала эксклюзивной контрибуцией Капиталу, как выигравшей стороне.
Совершенно внепланово и нежелательно для глобальной Власти, СССР стал ферзем на шахматной доске второй мировой войны, заставив первую (союзников СССР) содействовать уничтожению своего детища - фашизма. И не в последнюю очередь, причиной такого вероломства от Власти, стало сокрытие своей истинной геополитической роли и мотивации.
Нельзя сказать, что Сталин не получил каких-либо дивидендов от союзничества с Капиталом - как минимум, его содействие в утечке технологий производства атомной бомбы с Запада в СССР обеспечило военный мировой паритет не только Капиталу и Власти, но и конкретно СССР (в противостоянии советской и западной идеологии). Конечно, в первую очередь Капитал защищал свои интересы, ведь атомная бомбардировка Японии застолбила ее экономику за Властью. На очереди мог оказаться и социалистический лагерь (отчасти Капитал).
Следует иметь в виду, что Капитал и Власть не являются мононациональными структурами, так как система сдержек и противовесов требует постоянного их перетекания друг в друга. Например, если объект Власти оброс значительным Капиталом, то он должен покинуть состав первой (либо, избавиться от "избытка" второго). Иначе, нарушится равновесие в пользу единоличного всевластия. Поэтому, нельзя приписать Сиону абсолютное обладание Капиталом, также, как англам (великобританцам) - Властью. Но, справедливо говорить об их "контрольных пакетах" влияния в данных структурах.

Очевидное и показательное противостояние Власти/Капитала можно увидеть и на примере отношения общества (проекции официальной политики) к евреям в СССР и постперестроечной России. В первом случае, "совковый" антисионизм ограничивался кухонными брюзжанием, из-за боязни перед неминуемой официальной карой, а сегодня можно безнаказанно назвать жидом любого, даже в СМИ. И это несмотря на то, что нынешние евреи живут, не в пример лучше, чем при социализме, обладая достаточным Капиталом (и значит Властью), чтобы заткнуть рот любому антисионисту. Но, почему-то не пользуются ими - где же, логика? Может потому, что они... демократы? - Нет, просто не имеют такой возможности, так как подавлены глобальной Властью, ворвавшейся через пробитый "железный занавес" и устроившей массовые еврейские погромы в целях профилактической нейтрализации потенциальных соискателей безраздельной Власти.
Усиление Капитала является побочным эффектом экспансии Власти - нежелательным для нее, но закономерным. Подобное становится возможным в результате наведения Властью политического и экономического хаоса в стране-жертве, как необходимого условия для изъятия собственной выгоды.
В свое время, Сталин хорошо представлял главных заказчиков и управителей глобалистов, и просто, "от греха подальше", создавал внешнюю видимость проявления государственного антисемитизма, чтобы не давать повода Гитлеру для объявления им "святой" войны.
Подобострастный к англичанам Гитлер, с помощью успехов во второй мировой войне пытался заслужить включение германской нации в национальный состав глобальной Власти (якобы, "ариев"). За тот факт, что ее там не состояло (и не состоит) свидетельствует та легкость, с которой закулиса бросила неродственных немцев в горнило уничтожения.
Высшее руководство Вермахта знало подлинных заказчиков (интересантов) второй мировой войны и повелось на приманку, что свои не продадут. Ведь, не зря же для них был сфальсифицирован факт исторического родства германских и английских народов, под общим древом - "ариев". И немецкий народ, в отличие от англичан, дорого заплатил за соискание "высокого родства".

Другим второстепенным доказательством принадлежности англов к Власти могут послужить события, произошедшие после подписания договора "Брестского мира" в марте 1918 года, положившего начало перемирию в первой мировой войне. Указанный договор прекращал войну на невыгодном для Власти этапе - укоренения Капитала в России, когда в результате хаоса в ней, "власть подобрал" Ленин (Капитал). И тогда, против него (окончания войны) выступила Антанта - союз Великобритании, Франции и России.
В то время, главной проблемой для Капитала в России была не внешняя угроза от Антанты, а ее подрывная деятельность внутри страны Советов, направленная на формирование контрреволюции из многочисленных политических сил и широких народных масс, справедливо подогретых кабальными для России условиями «Брестского мира», "раздающего" российские земли Германии ("Центральным державам").
На порог ступила гражданская война, с перевесом сил, далеко не в пользу Капитала, угрожая смести его завоеванные позиции. И тогда, он пошел на попятную, аннулировав "брестские" договоренности (так называемого "похабного мира") в ноябре 1918 года. И тем самым, устранил почву для возможности спекуляций Властью - самим фактом пораженческой позиции большевиков. Как и предполагалось, народные массы встали на сторону последних, вдобавок обещавших - "землю крестьянам, заводы рабочим".
У Власти оставалась, лишь последняя надежда - усилиями Троцкого экспортировать революцию по всему миру. Но, его поражение от Сталина ознаменовало крушение задуманных планов, и заставило Власть готовить новый "крестовый поход" против "неверной еврейской" Советской России, руками бывшего своего оппонента и разменной монеты - Германии, перелицевав ее из "кайзеровской" в "гитлеровскую".

Победа советского народа в Великой Отечественной войне вернула довоенный политический расклад на многие десятилетия. Но, лишь отсрочив очередное достижение глобальной Власти, в форме "перестройки" в России.
Отсюда, становится понятной "нелогичная" синхронная травля евреев, обладающих значительным Капиталом. Особенно, если они пытаются влезть в глобальную Власть (на примере узника Ходорковского или изгнанников: Березовского, Гусинского, Невзлина..., а лояльного Абрамовича сослали править на Чукотку, чтобы впоследствии выдавить из большой политики). Что впрочем, заставляет мобилизоваться и сплачиваться корпорацию иудеев, и прибирать к рукам самый эффективный оппозиционный инструмент - рупор СМИ.
Современная Россия пошла по пути саморазрушения, попеременно кидаясь в объятия глобального Капитала и/или Власти, отдавшись "окончательно" на милость второй, что ознаменовало приход Властного силовика Путина, задвинувшего еврейского представителя - Примакова (но оставленного курировать Капитал России в Торгово-промышленной палате). Закономерно, что Власть устроила положенное победителю мародерство в бывших безраздельных угодьях Капитала (разворошив гнездо еврейских олигархов).
Но, не являясь частью глобалистов, Россия по определению не может иметь радужных перспектив при любом раскладе: отдавшись на милость Капиталу - получит войну от Власти; присягнув Власти (англам) - обретет голод и разруху, усилиями Капитала (пока существуют сверхдоходы от углеводородов, Власть этого не допускает, так как хватает и плебсу, как в "золотом миллиарде"). В подобном случае необходимо идти собственным путем, развивая национальную экономику - относительно изолированную от внешнего мира.
Лишь, только достаточная доля независимости от Власти и Капитала может сулить "волюнтаристу" сносное существование. Либо, нужно стать их полноправной частью (одного из них). Например, Китай, пошел по второму варианту, склоняясь к Капиталу, а Беларусь и Иран - по первому. Но, главная проблема в том, что второе нужно отвоевать у глобалистов и потому, подобное по силам, пока лишь одной поднебесной. И у России их ровно столько, чтобы оставаться, лишь в статусе пленного у Власти. А ведь, всего то и надо - устранить коррупцию, которая автоматически создаст конкурентную среду и заставит глобалистов считаться с аборигенами. Но, остановить порочный замкнутый круг автоподдержки глобалистов и коррупции, в котором вращается вся Россия - это уже, из разряда фантастики (для существующей преемственности местной Власти).

Подконтрольные глобальной Власти (и отчасти Капиталу) современные публичные структуры, например, ООН или НАТО являются идеальным орудием в руках глобалистов, так как позволяют размывать и делегировать ответственность за свои преступные действия в отношении мирового сообщества - на всех соучредителей этих структур. Нередко, используя их втемную и выставляя «козлами отпущения», как гитлеровскую Германию или корпорацию евреев. Создание себе алиби непричастности к нежелательным событиям является фирменным стилем закулисы, когда конечной «терпилой» становится простая общественность, после череды взаимных подстав друг друга Властью и Капитала.
Таким же образом, создается идеальное оружие (чужие руки) – мировое общественное мнение, вскормленное историческими фальсификациями, например, о примеси в русской крови - «татаро-монгольской». Что и выставляет современных россиян полукровками, не признаваемых европейцами - «по паспорту», а азиатами – «по лицу», либо, по конфессии или вероисповеданию, соответственно. В результате, разобщив территориально и идеологически, можно эффективно стравливать стороны на этнической или религиозной почве.
Указанную технологию глобалистов материализовали гитлеровцы, развив в себе «святой» фанатизм в борьбе с расово «неполноценными» русскими, назначенными фашисткой пропагандой полуазиатами и полуевреями. История с «татаро-монголами», еще не раз аукнется россиянам в будущих конфликтах, когда не придется ожидать помощи от братских народов, в виду «несоответствия» их кровей. А ведь, недружелюбные к русским поляки, наиболее генетически близки между собой, даже ближе чем украинцы. И потому, глобализм сделал основную ставку на стравливание народов, потенциально готовых к национальному сближению. В том числе, убедив хохлов в «незалэжности» (независимости) их крови от татаро-монгольской примеси, в отличие от «грязной» крови русских. И даже история возникновения русской «матерщины», умелыми руками внесла свой определенный вклад в историческую фальсификацию, как неизлечимую заразу насадив в умы русскоязычных людей представление о «татаро-монгольских» корнях мата, имеющего на самом деле старославянское происхождение.
Поэтому, современная задача русских должна заключаться в объективном пересмотре истории, чтобы ткнуть носом мировую общественность во вновь открывшиеся факты и искоренить в зачатке, возможности спекуляции на расовой почве и исторической значимости русских.

Chagos islanders’ case inadmissible because they
accepted compensation and waived the right to bring
any further claims before the UK national courts
In its decision in the case of Chagos Islanders v. the United Kingdom (application
no. 35622/04) the European Court of Human Rights has by a majority declared the
application inadmissible. The decision is final.
The case concerned the expulsion of the Chagos islanders from their homes – on the
Chagos Islands, a group of islands in the middle of the Indian Ocean which are an
Overseas Territory of the United Kingdom – from 1967 to 1973 in order to set up an
American military base.
The Court notably found that the heart of the applicants’ claims under the European
Convention on Human Rights was the callous and shameful treatment which they or their
antecedents had suffered during their removal from the Chagos islands. These claims
had, however, been raised in the domestic courts and settled, definitively. In accepting
and receiving compensation, the applicants had effectively renounced bringing any
further claims to determine whether the expulsion and exclusion from their homes had
been unlawful and breached their rights and they therefore could no longer claim to be
victims of a violation of the Convention. It was not for the Court, in that event, to
undertake the role of a first-instance tribunal of fact and law.
Principal facts
The applicants are 1,786 natives, or descendants of natives, of the Chagos Islands,
sometimes referred to as “Ilois” or “Chagossians” who are essentially of African,
Malagasy and Indian origin. The Chagos Islands, in the middle of the Indian Ocean,
comprise three main island groups (Diego Garcia being the largest) and 65 other outer
islands. They have been under British rule since the 19th century, becoming a new colony
in November 1965 known as the British Indian Ocean Territory (BIOT) made up of the
Chagos Islands and other islands formerly part of the Colony of Mauritius1 and the
Seychelles. The islands’ economy was essentially based on coconut (copra) plantations.
In December 1966, the United Kingdom and United States Governments agreed that the
BIOT islands could be used for American defence purposes for an indefinite period,
subject to review in 2016. The islands were thus evacuated between 1967 and 1973,
some islanders being prevented from returning after visits elsewhere and others being
transferred either to Mauritius or the Seychelles. No force was used but the islanders
were told that the company which owned the coconut plantations where they worked
was closing down and that, unless they accepted transportation elsewhere, they would
be left without supplies. The islanders suffered miserable conditions on being uprooted,
having lost their homes and livelihoods.
Three immigration ordinances were enacted, prohibiting the islanders’ return. The first in
April 1971 made it unlawful, and a criminal offence, for anyone to enter or remain in the
BIOT islands without a permit. The second in 2000 mainly repeated the provisions of the
1971 ordinance but contained a new section lifting the bar – except entry to Diego

Garcia which remained subject to permit – as concerned British Dependent Territories
Citizens (that is, the Chagos islanders) by virtue of their connection with BIOT. This
ordinance was then repealed in 2004, and anyone without a permit from the immigration
officer was prohibited from entering the territory. During the four years when the bar
was lifted as concerned the islanders, a few of them made visits to the outer islands to
tend family graves and or see former homes, but none actually went to live in the
islands.
A number of proceedings were brought by the islanders concerning the expulsion and
the damage that this inflicted on their lives. The first set were brought in 1975 (the
Ventacassen case) which were settled in 1982 on payment of 4 million pounds by the
United Kingdom and provision of land worth one million pounds. In settling, the islanders
agreed to give up their claims. In the later Chagos Islanders case (involving 4,466
claimants), the High Court struck out the action in October 2003, finding that an attempt
to claim further compensation and make further claims arising out of the expulsion and
exclusion from the islands was an abuse since the claims had been renounced by the
islanders. The most recent proceedings (Bancoult 2 case) involved an unsuccessful
challenge by the applicants by way of judicial review of legislative measures imposing
immigration control on the islands which barred entry without leave. In rejecting the
claim, the House of Lords held that in the context of the present day, rather than 1968,
any right of abode on the outer islands was purely symbolic, none of the islanders
having gone to live on the islands in the four year period when this had been permitted
under the ordinance then in force.
Complaints, procedure and composition of the Court
The applicants complained about their removal from the islands (the decision-making
process behind it as well as the manner in which it was carried out), the reception
conditions on their arrival in Mauritius and the Seychelles, the prohibition on their return,
the refusal to facilitate return once the prohibition had been lifted and the refusal to
compensate them. They relied on Articles 3 (prohibition on inhuman and degrading
treatment), 6 (right to a fair trial / right of access to court), 8 (right to respect for
private life, family and home), 13 (right to an effective remedy) and Article 1 of Protocol
No. 1 (protection of property).
The application was lodged with the European Court of Human Rights on 20 September
2004.
Human Rights Watch and Minority Rights Group International were authorised to
intervene in the written procedure as third parties (under Article 36 §§ 1 and 2 of the
Convention).
The decision was given by a Chamber of seven, composed as follows:

Decision of the Court
The Court reiterated that where applicants accept a sum of compensation in settlement
of civil claims and renounce further use of local remedies, they will generally no longer
be able to claim to be a victim in respect of those matters. Having accepted and received
compensation in the Ventacassen litigation and thus having effectively renounced on
bringing any further claims, the applicants could therefore no longer claim to be victims
of a violation of the Convention. The islanders could have pursued their claims and
obtained the domestic courts’ findings as to whether the expulsion and exclusion from
their homes had been unlawful and breached their rights. They chose, however, to settle
their claims without obtaining such a determination. It was not for the Court, in that
event, to undertake the role of a first-instance tribunal of fact and law.
The argument that not all the applicants had signed the waiver forms in the settlement
or had not realised that the settlement was final was rejected. In the Chagos Islanders’
case the High Court judge had rejected those arguments after having heard extensive
evidence and, in any case, the islanders had been represented by lawyers in the
litigation which settled. Furthermore, any other islanders – not part of the 471 islanders
involved in the settlement – had to have been aware of the proceedings, which were
widely known, and could have made claims and thus taken advantage of the settlement
offer put forward or, if they preferred, pursued their claims in the domestic court
proceedings. Those islanders have, for their part, failed to exhaust domestic remedies as
required by Article 35 § 1 (admissibility criteria2) of the Convention.
As concerned the applicants who were not born at the time of the settlement, the Court
noted that they had never had a home on the islands and could therefore have no claim
to victim status arising out of the expulsions and their immediate aftermath.
Indeed, it was apparent from all the judgments given that, whatever the outcome of
those proceedings, the applicants continued to have no legal, or practical, prospect of
being able to enter or settle on the islands. The national courts had decided that there
was no further legal recourse open to them or legal obligation on the Government to pay
additional compensation or fund resettlement. Nor was the Government or any other
source willing to provide such funding.
Therefore, the heart of the applicants’ claims under the Convention was the callous and
shameful treatment which they or their antecedents had suffered during their original
removal from the islands from 1967 to 1973, and these claims had been raised in the
domestic courts and settled, definitively. The Court found, like the House of Lords, that
the applicants’ attempts to pursue matters further in more recent years had to be
regarded as part of an overall campaign to bring pressure to bear on Government policy
rather than disclosing any new situation giving rise to fresh claims under the Convention.
Nor did the Court find any indication of arbitrariness or unfairness in the proceedings
before the national courts which could be construed as a denial of access to court.
The Chagos Islanders’ application was therefore rejected under
Article 35 §§ 1, 3 and 42

What's in a Genome? Whole-Genome Sequence of the Fruit Fly Drosophila Mauritiana
Dec. 14, 2012 — In the twentieth century the sequencing of an entire genome of a higher (eukaryotic) organism was a truly exceptional event -- by the end of the year 2000, only four such sequences were available. Since then, technological advances have put whole-genome sequencing within the reach of many more groups and new sequences have appeared at regular intervals. Viola Nolte in the group of Christian Schlötterer at the University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna has just published the first whole-genome sequence of a eukaryote to be determined at this university. The results are published in the current issue of the journal "Genome Research" and reveal intriguing details about the evolution of the species.

The species in question is the fruit fly Drosophila mauritiana, a close relative of the well known (and previously sequenced) Drosophila melanogaster that swarms around our fruit bowls in summer. Nolte and colleagues now present a complete genomic sequence, annotating it to indicate the various genes it contains. The information will naturally be extremely useful to all those who are working on this organism.
But the present study goes much, much further. Schlötterer's group has recently developed powerful analytic methods for measuring the genetic variability of populations. In contrast to its widespread cousin, Drosophila mauritiana is only found on the island of Mauritius and it might be expected that the species' highly restricted distribution would lead to a relatively low rate of variability. Surprisingly, however, Nolte and her colleagues found that its genome is highly diverse, with polymorphisms (genetic variation) present across the chromosomes. Interestingly, the polymorphisms are not evenly distributed throughout the genome. Instead, the researchers observed that within the highly variable regions there are two large areas where the sequence is much more highly conserved. Such "troughs in variability" are thought to be the result of selective sweeps: newly arising mutations confer so great a selective advantage on the flies in question that they spread rapidly through the population until they become "fixed," or present in essentially all individuals.
One of the classical tenets of genetics is that when a parent carries two different versions of a gene at a particular locus, each of the so-called alleles has an equal probability of being passed to the next generation. Recently, however, it has become clear that certain genes are able to "cheat" and ensure that they are preferentially transmitted to the offspring. The simplest model involves two genes close together, of which one encodes a poison to which the other confers resistance. The poison kills all the gametes that do not contain the resistance gene, effectively ensuring the rapid spread of the allele in question through the genome. Might the two "troughs in variability" in the Drosophila mauritiana genome have arisen from an intragenomic conflict of this kind? It is hard to answer this question with certainty. However, one of the two troughs that Nolte identified contains the so-called Odysseus gene, which has previously been suggested to be involved in genomic conflict in the closely related Drosophila simulans. The other might relate to a second system characterized in Drosophila simulans.
The fact that two areas of the Drosophila mauritiana genome vary considerably less than surrounding regions suggests that some of the genes present have recently been involved in intragenomic conflicts. And these may indirectly help ensure the species' identity. As Schlötterer explains, "the biggest challenge for a newly separated species is to avoid being subsumed back into the species from which it derived. The weapons used in intragenomic conflicts also work against hybrids with related species so we can speculate that they act as a type of 'speciation gene'. It will be intriguing to study whether this has been the case for the Mauritius fruit flies."2012-12-20 13:06:55

Die Aktion Dreikönigssingen steht dieses Mal unter dem Leitwort „Segen bringen, Segen sein“. Bereits seit über fünfzig Jahren bringen Kinder und Jugendliche die Botschaft und den Segen des Kindes von Bethlehem in die Häuser und sammeln Spenden für Kinder in Not. Die bundesweite Eröffnungsfeier der Sternsingeraktion findet am 28. Dezember 2012 in Würzburg statt.
Auch die Sternsinger aus Lauda können daran teilnehmen. Doch
vielleicht kann in diesem Jahr in Lauda der Segen nicht in alle
Häuser und Wohnungen gebracht werden, denn die Anzahl der Kinder, die an der Aktion teilnehmen, geht immer weiter zurück. Es werden daher noch dringend Kinder und Jugendliche, egal welcher Konfession, gesucht, die bereit sind, vom 03. bis 06. Januar 2013 in Lauda jeweils nachmittags unterwegs zu sein. Es ist auch eine Mitwirkung nur an einzelnen Nachmittagen möglich.

@iamsrk to pay tribute to Yash Chopra at India bound ‘Zee Cine Awards’ - Panchgani: After creating waves in places like Dubai, Singapore, London, Mauritius and Macao, the Zee Cine Awards is making its way back to India, and will celebrate 100 years of Indian cinema. Superstar Shah Rukh Khan will pay tribute to legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra through a performance at the 13th Zee Cine Awards to be held in Mumbai.
"This year is very important to us as Zee TV completes 20 years of its existence, also it accounts for 100 years of Indian cinema. After creating a footprint across the world in various places, we want to bring it back to its hometown Mumbai, where the Bollywood industry exists," Puneet Goenka, managing director, ZEEL, said at the press conference here. "No Zee Cine Awards have been held without Shah Rukh Khan, and this year too it won't happen without him for sure," he added.
Goenka refused to divulge details of the highlights of the show, saying "let us leave something for the audience to see". Shahrukh Khan, who is shooting for Rohit Shetty's Chennai Express in Panchgani was here to speak on the awards. He was accompanied by Deepika Padukone.
The awards started in 1998 and were held in Mumbai until 2004, when it shifted to international shores.
"I have been associated with the channel ever since its inception. Being a part of whatever they do has always made me feel privileged. I am indebted to them as many times when my films didn't do well, they helped me out through satellite rights I have always done what is in my capacity," said Shah Rukh, who will also be performing at the awards ceremony.
"I will pay tribute to Yashji by dancing with the leading ladies of his films. However, we are still in the stages of finalizing things," SRK said.
The awards will take place on January 6 in Mumbai, which will see the who's who of the Hindi film industry. The awards ceremony will be aired on January 20 on Zee TV.

REUTERS - People with no religious affiliation make up the third-largest global group in a new study of the size of the world's faiths, placing after Christians and Muslims and just before Hindus.
The study, based on extensive data for the year 2010, also showed Islam and Hinduism are the faiths mostly likely to expand in the future while Jews have the weakest growth prospects.
It showed Christianity is the most evenly spread religion, present in all regions of the world, while Hinduism is the least global with 94 percent of its population in one country, India.
Overall, 84 percent of the world's inhabitants, which it estimated at 6.9 billion, identify with a religion, according to the study entitled "The Global Religious Landscape" issued by the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life on Tuesday.
The "unaffiliated" category covers all those who profess no religion, from atheists and agnostics to people with spiritual beliefs but no link to any established faith.
"Many of the religiously unaffiliated do hold religious or spiritual beliefs," the study stressed.
"Belief in God or a higher power is shared by 7 percent of unaffiliated Chinese adults, 30 percent of unaffiliated French adults and 68 percent of unaffiliated U.S. adults," it said.
ISLAM EXPANDS
Exact numbers for religious populations are impossible to obtain and estimates for the size of the larger faiths can vary by hundreds of millions. This study by the Washington-based Pew Forum appears to be one of the most extensive to date.
Pew Forum demographer Conrad Hackett said the 2,500 censuses, surveys and population registers used to compile the report did not allow a further breakdown to estimate the world population of atheists and agnostics.
"It's not the kind of data that's available for every country," he said. "A census will typically ask what your religion is and you can identify a number of particular affiliations or no religion.
An age breakdown showed Muslims had the lowest median age at 23 years, compared to 28 for the whole world population. The median age highlights the population bulge at the point where half the population is above and half below that number.
"Muslims are going to grow as a share of the world's population and an important part of that is this young age structure," Hackett said.
By contrast, Judaism, which has 14 million adherents or 0.2 percent of the world population, has the highest median age at 36, meaning its growth prospects are weakest.
Hackett noted that Israel, which has 40.5 percent of the world Jewish population, had a younger age structure than the United States, where 41.1 percent of the world's Jews live.
Global Christianity's median age is 30 and Hinduism's 26. With a median age of 34, the growth prospects for religiously unaffiliated people are weak, the study showed.
WORLDWIDE BREAKDOWN
The study estimated Christianity was the largest faith at 2.2 billion adherents or 31.5 percent of the world's population.
The Roman Catholic Church makes up 50 percent of that total, with Protestants -- including Anglicans and non-denominational churches -- at 37 percent and Orthodox at 12 percent.
There are about 1.6 billion Muslims around the world, or 23 percent of the global population. "The overwhelming majority (87-90 percent) are Sunnis, about 10-13 percent are Shia Muslims," the study said.
Among the 1.1 billion unaffiliated people around the world, over 700 million, or 62 percent of them, live in China alone, where they make up 52.2 percent of the Chinese population.
Japan comes next with the second largest unaffiliated population in the world with 72 million, or 57 percent of the national population. After that comes the United States, 51 million people -- 16.4 percent of all Americans -- said they have no link to an established faith.
The world's Hindu population is concentrated mostly in India, Nepal and Bangladesh. Half of the world's Buddhists live in China, followed far behind by Thailand at 13.2 percent of the world Buddhist population and Japan with 9.4 percent.
The study found that about 405 million people, or about 6 percent of the world population, followed folk religions such as those found in Africa and China or among Native American and Australian aboriginal peoples.
Another 58 million, or nearly 1 percent of the world population, belonged to "other religions" including Baha'i, Taoism, Jainism, Shintoism, Sikhism, Tenrikyo, Wicca and Zoroastrianism. Most were in the Asia-Pacific region.
The study said that 97 percent of the world's Hindus, 87 percent of its Christians and 73 percent of its Muslims lived in countries where they were a large to overwhelming majority.
Christians make up the majority in 157 countries and Muslims in 49, including 19 of the 20 states in the Middle East and North Africa, with the exception of Israel.
